Terms of Service
Prospect Signal HQ provides custom public prospect research packs for founders, agencies, freelancers, local service businesses, consultants, software sellers, commercial service providers, and other sellers who need reachable opportunities and outreach angles.
Deliverables
- Deliverables are research spreadsheets/CSV files based on the selected package and submitted criteria.
- Packs may include prospect/business name, location, public source links, public evidence, public business phone numbers where available, publicly listed business emails where available, websites, public contact forms, social profiles, signal/reason, suggested opener, notes, and confidence score.
- We do not guarantee that every prospect will have every possible contact method.
- We do not guarantee sales, responses, appointments, meetings, or revenue outcomes.
Delivery timeline
- Most 50–500 one-time prospect packs are delivered within 6–12 hours after we receive clear order criteria.
- For 1,000-prospect one-time packs, please allow up to 24 hours.
- Monthly Pipeline subscriptions are delivered once per month in one spreadsheet dump based on the selected monthly tier.
- If an order or subscription brief is unclear, unusually narrow, or needs criteria approval, the timeline starts after clarification.
Monthly Pipeline subscriptions
- Submitting the form records your targeting; completing Stripe checkout starts your purchase. Monthly plans charge the displayed price initially and on the agreed monthly schedule. Research and quality checks follow payment. An unfinished paid pack remains an outstanding obligation. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not erase packs already paid for. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed price and billing schedule.
- Subscription tiers provide a fresh monthly batch, delivered as one monthly spreadsheet dump: Starter Pipeline includes 200 prospects/month, Growth Pipeline includes 600 prospects/month, and Agency Pipeline includes 1,200 prospects/month.
- Subscription deliveries are deduped against prior Prospect Signal deliveries for the same account when reasonably identifiable.
- Monthly packs start with your selected location. Expansion follows the geographic permission recorded for that purchase: selected-area requests stay in that area; an explicitly agreed same-region policy permits progressively wider searches within the selected state or region. Existing paid orders retain their purchased boundaries. Business type and quality requirements stay the same.
- Customers may request cancellation before the next billing cycle. Already-started or already-delivered monthly research work is generally not refundable unless required by law or approved case-by-case.
Public-source boundary
- We use publicly available sources to identify businesses, professionals, organizations, referral partners, venues, communities, and commercial opportunities that may be relevant to your offer.
- Where available, packs may include public business contact paths such as business phone numbers, websites, public contact forms, social profiles, and publicly listed business emails.
- We do not sell private consumer data, random personal contact lists, scraped private emails, spam lists, sensitive/private targeting, or guaranteed buyers.
- If your business serves individuals, we look for public business-side paths such as referral partners, local organizations, venues, communities, offices, clinics, property managers, or other reachable opportunities.
Replacement and revision policy
- If a delivered row is duplicate, outside your requested geography, obviously irrelevant to approved criteria, or has no usable public contact path, contact us and we’ll replace it.
- Every pack keeps your selected business type and quality signal. Any geographic expansion follows the search area you explicitly agreed to for the order.
- Because work is custom research, refunds are generally not available after fulfillment has started unless required by law or approved case-by-case. Replacement of invalid rows is the normal remedy.
Customer responsibility and acceptable use
- Prospect Signal HQ provides public business research. Customers are responsible for using any contact information in compliance with applicable email, calling, privacy, consumer protection, platform, and anti-spam laws.
- Do not use delivered data for harassment, illegal discrimination, sensitive/private targeting, deception, spam, or unlawful outreach.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and validating fit before launching campaigns at scale.
